Center Cross-border Analysis of the State Higher School of Technology and Economics Fr. Bronisława Markiewicza in Jarosław undertakes to ensure the availability of its website in accordance with the Act of April 4, 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. Major incompatibilities or exclusions:
the films do not have subtitles for the deaf,
some files are not digitally available,
missing or incorrect alt text in graphical and interactive objects,
no facilities for the blind / deaf and partially sighted / hearing impaired in the attached multimedia files – these files are excluded due to publication before September 23, 2020.
The statement was made on: 2023-07-09. The declaration was made on the basis of a self-assessment and the website evaluation tool http://checkers.eiii.eu, which shows that the website of the Information and Cross-border Analysis Center of the PWSTE in Jarosław meets the requirements in 100%.

If it is impossible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the person submitting the request about when it will be possible to fulfill the request, and the deadline may not be longer than 2 months from the date of submission of the request. If digital availability is not possible, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information. In the event that the public entity refuses to accept the request for disclosure or an alternative method of access to information, the person submitting the request may file a complaint regarding ensuring the digital availability of the website or service element.
After completing the above procedure, you can also make an application to the Ombudsman.
Architectural accessibility
Infrastructure of the Center Cross-border Analysis of The Bronisław Markiewicz State University of Technology and Economics in Jarosław consists of a common building J5 at ul. Czarnieckiego 16.
Description: The office is located in a one-storey building on the campus, nearby there is a spacious parking lot for students and PWSTE employees.
Entrance to the building:
- the entrance to the building is monitored,
- no ramp for disabled people.
Inside the building:
- no toilet adapted for the disabled,
- no elevators,
- communication route not adapted to the needs of the disabled,
- the building inside is monitored.
It is possible to enter the facility with an assistance dog, but with room restrictions. The scope of access for assistance animals is determined individually.
